▊ Check whether the pin shaft is loose and whether the lubrication is in place. If the grease lubrication is not in place, grease should be applied in different positions to make the pin fully lubricated.
2 Abnormal sound of cylinder
▊ Check whether the hydraulic oil level is normal. Insufficient oil level may cause the main pump to be empty and produce abnormal noise during working load. This fault can be eliminated by checking the oil level.
▊ Check whether there are iron filings in the hydraulic oil or whether there are iron filings in the circuit. The iron filings may conflict with the piston rod and cause abnormal noise.
▊ Check whether the piston lock nut in the cylinder is loose and the piston moves back and forth inside. If it is determined that it is an abnormal noise in the oil tank, take it apart and look at it.
3 Abnormal sound in the rotating part
▊ Abnormal sound of rotating large gear ring: abnormal sound when rotating to a fixed position, it means that the large gear ring has abnormal sound.
Check whether the amount of butter in the gear ring is normal; whether there is abrasion and foreign matter in the big gear ring.

Abnormal noise of the gearbox: Disassemble and check whether the planetary gears and bearings inside are loose or broken. Rotating motor abnormal noise: disassemble and check whether it is caused by the wear of internal parts.

The gap becomes larger after the gear is worn. It is recommended to check whether the pilot pressure is normal.

5 Abnormal sound of safety lock lever
The possible cause is that the filter element of the oil pipe connection position of the pilot handle is clogged, so the sound is heard. The clogging causes the pilot oil pressure to be insufficient, which affects the opening degree of the multi-way valve core, which causes the action to slow down.
6 Abnormal sound of hydraulic pump
The 8 type machine has a noise reduction design on the hydraulic pump, so the sound will not be too loud, such as abnormal noise:
▊ First check the main pressure, it is best to contact a professional to do the performance test of the hydraulic pump.
▊ Confirm whether the two output oil pipes of the hydraulic pump are severely shaken.
Pay attention to tubing jitter
a. Whether the jitter of the tubing is caused by large pressure changes and instability.
b. The pilot filter element is clogged and should be cleaned frequently to prevent clogging.
c. Check whether the safety solenoid valve switch is abnormally switched.
▊ Confirm whether there is metal powder in the hydraulic oil return filter element inside the oil tank.
If the above three points are normal, check the following aspects:
1 Confirm whether to use genuine hydraulic oil and hydraulic return filter element;
2 Whether the hydraulic oil is seriously polluted, it is necessary to replace the hydraulic oil regularly. The long-life hydraulic oil is usually replaced in 5000 hours. If the working environment is dusty, it needs to be replaced a little earlier. In addition, the excavator for crushing work needs to be replaced every 2000 hours. , Because once the hydraulic oil is contaminated, it is difficult to achieve its due lubrication and protection;
3 The oil path is not smooth, which may be due to insufficient hydraulic oil or blockage of the suction filter element, which damages the hydraulic pump after inhaling air;
4 The installation accuracy of the hydraulic pump is not enough;
5 The regulator and solenoid valve are not working properly, and the swash plate angle of the hydraulic pump cannot be adjusted to the required angle, causing the output flow of the hydraulic pump to not match the required flow, causing abnormal pump noise;
6 Due to irregular operation or overload operation, the impact on the hydraulic system is too large, and the pressure relief valve produces pressure relief sound;
7 Start to work when the heat engine time is insufficient, which will cause the hydraulic oil to have a higher viscosity, affect its fluidity, and cause excessive impact on the pump;
8 Whether the internal plunger of the hydraulic pump is worn or not, it needs to be checked and determined.
